Façade Fabrication Capacity & Facilities
Façade Fabrication
- CNC processing equipment including Emmegi "Satellite" CNC machining centres, CNC double mitre saws and notching saws. All of this equipment is purpose made for the commercial glass industry and sourced directly from European manufacturers. This equipment allows for the production of high volumes of quality aluminium componentry, thereby facilitating the increased output of finished product.
- H&G Industries (USA) And Graco (USA) high volume structural silicone dispensing machines – allow structural grade silicone to be dispensed at high volumes whilst maintaining high quality standards of the silicone seals.
- G.James has designed, built and installed unique vertical glazing lines – allowing vertical glazing with unimpeded access to both sides of the product during the entire glazing process
- Local Labour Content – factory fabrication completed in Australia by G.James direct employees
Project Management
G.James directly employs a team of experienced project managers. These project managers guide the fabrication plants through the design phases to the eventual delivery of the completed facades.
- A dedicated Project Manager will be appointed to your project
- Project Managers follow the G. James Project Management Plan, which is a quality based procedures guide for the industry. These plans are then tailored to each specific project and actively track the progression of the project through the critical path elements and hold points.
Site Installation
Site Installation
- G.James directly employs a team of installation technicians. This is done to guarantee that specialist installation knowledge is available for your project.
- Supplementary labour is sourced from specialist subcontract installation companies chosen from our approved subcontractor list.
- G.James operates a comprehensive site equipment storage yard located in Brisbane which administers, maintains and certifies equipment for immediate site use.
