Powder Coating

Powder coating is an electrostatic process whereby electrically charged paint particles in the form of a powder are sprayed onto the surface of pre-treated aluminium to achieve a highly durable finish.

Effecta® is a patented surface finishing process that replicates the colour and appearance of timber onto aluminium, while still offering all the benefits of low maintenance aluminium.

Luminance of Anodised Materials

AS1428.1 standardises general requirements for access new building work, which include appropriate contrast in luminance for the visually impaired.
